The Dakar Women's Group (DWG) is an informal group open to all women living in Dakar and speaking a minimum of English. It is a fun group made up of dynamic, interesting and friendly women.

You can find just about anything here, so don't stress out too much, worrying about what to bring.

Buy a split (air conditioning system) for your house/apartment as soon as you arrive if coming in the hottest time of year (June–September).
