Flexible and Convenient Learning
Learning is flexible and convenient at GCF Global Learning®. Self-paced tutorials, interactive video modules, instructor-supported classes, and featured articles will give you the opportunity to choose when, where, and how you want to learn.
- Tutorials are the perfect option for you if you are on a tight schedule or like to learn at your own pace. With topic-specific modules, online bulletin boards, challenges, and quizzes, you can learn the skills you need in no time.
- Video Modules are available within the MS Word and Excel 2003 tutorials to help you learn more advanced concepts, such as printing envelopes, grouping worksheets, and inserting diagrams and charts into a document. You can watch the videos as many times as you need and complete the challenge at the end of each module for additional practice.
- Classes provide a more structured learning environment and enable you to learn the concepts you need with an online instructor. During each three-week class, you will read through your lessons, complete homework assignments, and interact with your instructor and peers via the class bulletin board. After successfully completing each class, you will earn a certificate of completion and International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accredited continuing education units (CEUs).
- Featured Articles rotate on a weekly basis and give you the opportunity to explore tutorial- and class-related concepts more extensively, while also highlighting ‘hot' topics in technology. Popular article topics include: Blogging, podcasting, Windows Vista, online calendars, and more.
